Now that the weather is getting warmer and the days longer you might want to join in with some local cycling activities. Greenwich cyclists have put together a programme with something for all cyclists, whether they are complete beginners, lapsed cyclists, leisure cyclists or people wanting to ride to work on a regular basis but would like help getting started. The launch will be on Easter Monday, April 12th, at Cutty Sark Gardens from 11.00 - 4.00, pm when you will be able to learn about Greenwich Cyclists, pick up free cycle maps and guides, sign up for free cycle training and find out how to improve your health generally.
This will be followed by a programme of rides and events going right up to National Bike Week in early June. These will include training sessions for beginners and improvers, group Commuter rides and After-work rides, regular rides at weekends and bike maintenance classes. The full programme can be found on this website - April 2004 - May 2004- June 2004.
