London Cycle network

The London Cycle Network is one of the biggest cycling schemes in England. The project is a partnership funded by Transport for London and implemented by the London Boroughs, with input from the London Cycling Campaign, Sustrans and the Cyclist Touring Club.

Lewisham Cyclists

A local group, affiliated to the London Cycling Campaign, working to improve facilities and provision for cycling in the London Borough of Lewisham.

Southwark Cyclists

Southwark Cyclists is working to make cycling easier for everyone to enjoy in Southwark. It is a local group of The London Cycling Campaign.

Tower Hamlets Cyclists

London's East End cycling group who say cycling is "Good for London - Good for you!"

Cycling For All

Project based in South Norwood, which aims to encourage and enable cycling using tricycles which are particularly suitable for people with disabilities and special needs.

Herne Hill Velodrome

The Friends want to save Herne Hill's famous Velodrome and make a new start for cycling in London based on Herne Hill's great track cycling history securing its cycling future, and raising the profile of London cycling in all its forms.

Sustrans, sustainable transport

A national sustainable transport charity who work on practical projects to encourage people to walk, cycle and use public transport in order to reduce motor traffic and its adverse effects.

Critical Mass, London

Everyday, all over the world, people are resisting the problem culture of the car by getting on their bikes and riding, instead of driving. Join them for a bike ride through Central London on the last Friday of every month.

National Cycling Strategy

They aim to increase the use of bicycles for all types of journey. It has a target to quadruple the number of trips made by bicycle by 2012 on 1996 levels.
