Barry said everything was in place, to date 95 tickets were sold, £890 banked, further £510 to be banked, 55 tickets still available, financial break-even will be achieved. More advertising expected in Time Out, Meridian magazine.
ACTION - Barry to email latest figures to Derek.

4. Pedal Power
ACTION - Julian to edit for December, Maria to print and deliver to Anthony, he and others to distribute at 0700 Tuesday Dec 7, volunteers for this sought.
5. Finance
Derek said balance is about £200 credit, plus £100 more from Maintenance Classes.
Guidelines say voluntary organisations cannot claim matching funding on the basis of £7 per hour as this is tantamount to employing them. Any funding applications we make should therefore be clear that no money goes to individuals.
6. Schools Project
Derek met teacher Malvina and also Headmaster of Thomas Tallis school, discussed making a joint application to Neighbourhood Community Chest for funding for a future project, possibly to run in the summer term, possibly to include a Saturday scheme.
7. Planning
Julian circulated a map showing Greenwich's LCN+ Network. Cyclists were unanimous that very little has been achieved.
Nick Williams in emails says a meeting has been arranged between us and the new Greenwich Council Cyling Officer, at 6.30 p.m. on Monday Dec 13 at Woolwich Town Hall.

LIZ and TIM DELAP gave a fascinating slide show packed with great images and data about their 4-month tour through seven countries round the North Sea. Lewis (leader) and scouts from the Severndroog Explorers Troop joined us for this.
